Canyons & Crags offers the following policies:

Payment Options
Paying with MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover Card or by eCheck is safe and easy using PayPal's secure payment processing system. You do not need a PayPal account to use your credit card.

If you prefer, you can print your order form and send it in with a check or money order. The option to do so will appear in the last step of the shopping cart checkout process.

International Orders
Please contact us prior to placing your order for shipping rates.

Pick Up in Cedar City UT
You may pick up your order in Cedar City, Utah, without incurring any shipping charges. Please contact us by telephone or email in advance to make arrangments and ensure we have all items in stock.

Delivery at Course/Event
If you will be attending a course or event conducted by Canyons & Crags or one of our instructors, we may be able to deliver your order to you. Please contact us by telephone or email in advance to make arrangements.

Special Orders
Can't find what you're looking for in our Adventure Catalog? We will place special orders with our vendors from time to time. Although we cannot promise delivery dates or availability of an item, we are very skilled in obtaining specific items. Simply eMail us with as much information as possible, and we'll get back to you.

Gift Certificates
Available from $10 to $500, gift certificates are perfect for the hard-to-please. They can be sent directly to the recipient and are redeemable online. You can also order an item for someone else and have it shipped directly to them. Just fill in their address in the “ship to” section and we’ll do the rest.

Return Policy
Contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning any merchandise for any reason. We are not responsible for merchandise returned without an RA number. Returned merchandise will be inspected and subject to a 15% restocking fee.

There will be absolutely no returns on rope, webbing or webbing products unless the item was received by the customer in damaged condition and an RA number request is received within 5 days of receipt of shipment.

On all other returns, an RA must be requested within 15 days of invoice date.

Privacy Statement
We will always respect your privacy. We will not sell, lease or rent your email address without your permission. As a Canyons & Crags customer you may from time to time receive special offer announcements from us. If you would like to be removed from our mailing list, simply eMail us with your request.
